Standard payment terms: T/T 30% deposit and 70% against B/L copy, or irrevocable L/C at sight. Delivery time is typically 7–15 days after deposit for regular products.
Quality claims must be submitted within 30 days after arrival at destination port, supported by third-party inspection reports (SGS/BV or equivalent).
