T/T 30% deposit + 70% against B/L copy, L/C at sight, and D/P for regular customers.
7–15 days after deposit for regular products; 20–30 days for custom synthesis.
Every batch is tested in our ISO 9001 lab; COA is issued per batch. Third-party inspection (SGS/BV) accepted before shipment.
Commercial invoice, packing list, B/L, CO, MSDS, COA, and Form A/RCEP certificate of origin as required.
Any quality claim within 30 days after arrival will be investigated within 48 hours; replacement or refund for confirmed quality issues.
